The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success: A Practical Guide to Fulfillment of Your Dreams by Deepak Chopra (1994)

111 pages

Goodreads Summary: The creation of wealth has always been regarded as a process that requires hard work and luck–often at the expense of others. In this remarkable book, the author of Quantum Healing and other bestsellers reveals how to align with the subtle yet powerful, unseen forces that affect the flow of money in our lives.

I read this book for the first time probably back in 2010 and never reviewed it on my blog. But I re-read it this year and thought I’d finally post a review on it.  It’s a short little book that I read in one sitting but it’s also very powerful and full of great reminders.

The book is broken down into 7 chapters, each one outlining one of the spiritual laws. At the end of each chapter are 3 steps to help you apply the law in your everyday life.  So the book covers a lot of great information but does it in an easy to understand and digest way.

One thing about this book is that it has success in the title and the summary talks about money.  However, it isn’t just a book about becoming rich and successful financially. The laws in the book can apply to any aspect of your life and, for me, actually made much more sense when I read them from the general perspective of living a happy and fulfilled life.

I’d recommend this book to anyone interested in spirituality or even just looking for a light book on self-improvement and personal success.  At the same time, this book contains a lot and even a person who has read many books and is very spiritual could get something new out of it with each re-reading.

My Rating: 5/5 stars
